Applications
Nature's Flavors' organic syrups are great for any water-based food application and are great in both cold and hot drinks. They are also excellent for flavoring in dairy applications such as ice cream, milk, smoothies, Italian sodas, yogurts, cheeses, and also other products such as sorbets, sauces, flavored coffee, or even shaved ice. Even baked items like cookies and cakes will taste great with these delicious flavors!
How To Use:
- Italian Sodas - Add two ounces of organic syrup to 10 ounces of carbonated seltzer water. Pre-chilled soda and syrups will ensure the highest carbonation of your drink.
- Shaved Ice - To make organic shaved ice, simply pour syrup directly over the ice and enjoy.
- Organic Sorbets - Warm up 16 ounces of water to 150 degrees, cool, and then add 16 ounces of syrup. Locust bean gum can be dissolved in the water to give an even smoother texture. Pour the mixture into a homemade ice cream machine for a delicious frozen treat!
- Coffee - A cup of coffee will take on a whole new character by adding about 2 tablespoons of syrup to an 8 ounce cup of coffee.

Storage
Nature's Flavors' organic flavor syrups are pasteurized in the bottle. Once opened, they can be stored in a cool place for a few weeks storage time or refrigerated for longer storage time. Please refrigerate for best flavor.

Due to the nature of the ingredients in these organic syrups, the color may be different than those with artificial colorings.
Organic syrups are made with unbleached sugars and organic corn or tapioca syrups. This causes a brown color to be predominant in the syrup. We do add organic and natural colors to try to overcome these brown or amber shades but they will still be visible through the natural reds, blues, yellows and oranges that we use.
Please understand that we do our best to make these as colorful as they are found in nature. They will not be as vibrant as the artificial colors that you were previously used to. Nevertheless, they will be better for you and won't cause cancer or any other diseases associated with petrochemicals.
