How to color Easter Eggs with Nature's Flavors Natural Food Color:
1. Boil eggs.
2. Make a color solution for coloring eggs.
Mix 3 Ounces of Water.
With 1 to 1-1/2 teaspoons of natural color.
3. Soak hard boiled eggs in vinegar for five (5) minutes. Use 4 or 5 ounces of vinegar, or
enough vinegar to cover the eggs.
4. After the eggs have been soaked in the vinegar for five (5) minutes, Remove the eggs
from the vinegar and dry them off.
5. Soak the egg in the color solution for five (5) minutes. The longer the egg is left in the
color solution, the darker the color. For a lighter or pastel color, put the egg in the color
solution for less time.
Notes:
The yellow and Orange will both produce nice color.
The Beet (red-pink) will produce nice red pink to red color.
The Hibiscus (red-blue) will produce a nice red to mauve color.
The blue will normally produce more of a red color due to the PH level of the vinegar.
This will produce a colored Easter egg using all natural food color.
