Nature's Flavours' Almond Cream Flavor Concentrate contains a very rich and full bodied flavor. The concentrate, known for its reduction of liquid, is very strong. A little goes a long way. This flavor is excellent for baking such goods as banana bread at about 1 to 5% usage, depending on how hot and long you bake. The Almond Cream Flavor Concentrate also enhances such products as ice creams, sorbets, ices, shakes, sauces, beverages, puddings, and yogurts.
