Blue Food Color is a Liquid Food Coloring made from all Natural Ingredients. It is Vegan, Kosher Certified, and Gluten Free. Natural Blue food color is heat stable up to 400 degrees, UV resistant up to one year ,and and stable in most PH ranges.Our Blue Food Color is the natural alternative to artificial food dyes, and is packed full of powerful anti-oxidants. Anti Oxidants are considered to have powerful anti-inflammatory properties.

Applications:
These colors work well in ice cream mixes, baking, beverages, sauces, snow cones, candy formulas, frostings, coloring milk, cottage cheese, or yogurt.

Usage: Depends on how much or how intense you want this color to be but a good start would be one teaspoon per pound of finished product and of course you can use more or less to reach the best results for your application.

There is no risk of toxicity with this natural Blue food color at higher levels and use depends on user discretion. Natural Blue color may also be mixed with any flavor concentrates or syrups sold by Natures Flavours. This natural blue color from Natures Flavours is a newly reformulated color. We have recreated a blue color that has a color range of ocean blue to sky blue. Our previous natural blue color was extracted from blueberries but lacked the true blue color associated with artificial blue #1.
We reformulated this Blue food color utilizing new technology and plant extracts to create a natural blue color that truly replaces artificial blue color and looks very similar to the artificial blue color.

This new blue food color is heat stable and also works well across a wider range of PHs. This natural blue food color also bakes well and makes an excellent natural blue color for icings and sugar cookies.

This natural blue food color does not contain copper, heavy metals, or chlorophyll.



This product is All natural, vegan, and gluten-free.
