Natural Green Food Color (Lime) is a Liquid Food Coloring made from all Natural Vegetable and Plant Extracts. It is Vegan Friendly, Kosher Certified, and Gluten Free. Our Green Food Color (Lime) is the natural alternative to artificial food dyes, and is packed full of powerful anti-oxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties. This natural green food coloring is also heat and freeze stable. This is an all-natural proprietary blend of vegetable and fruit dyes, brought together with care to produce a beautiful green hue.

Why We Don't Use/Sell Chlorophyll:
There are two reasons. First, although chlorophyll is the only pure, natural green color ingredient, the FDA has not yet approved its use as a color additive. Second, even if the FDA gave the go-ahead to sell it, it would not be an effective natural color to use because the color molecules are very fragile and break down extremely easily and quickly.
