Yellow Food Color, Organic Yellow Food Color is water soluble, organic, kosher, vegan, and gluten-free.

Replacement of Yellow #5 Derived from organic tumeric, at full strength and with dilution, the dye is a beautiful bright yellow color. You can also mix this color with any of the other natural colors we offer. This vegetable dye is also a powerful antioxidant and has many health benefits. Antioxidants from fruits and vegetables have been found to be free radical scavengers which may help prevent cancer, fight heart disease, and slow the ageing process.
Applications: These colors work well in ice cream mixes, baking, beverages, sauces, snow cones, candy formulas, frostings, coloring milk, cottage cheese, or yogurt. Dilute product at about 1 or 2 drops per pound of finished goods for bright yellow color. There is no risk of toxicity with this natural colorant at higher levels and use depends on user discretion. These natural colors may also be mixed with any flavor concentrates or syrups sold at by Natures Flavors.
