A note to new syrup customers; Due to the nature of the ingredients in these organic syrups, the color may be different than those containing artificial colorings. Organic syrups are made with unbleached sugars and organic corn or tapioca syrups. This causes a brown color to be predominant in the syrup. We do add organic and natural colors to try to overcome these brown or amber shades but they will still be visible through the natural reds, blues, yellows and oranges that we use. Please understand we do our best to replicate colors as they are found in nature. However, they will not be as vibrant as the artificial colors you are accustomed to. Nevertheless, they are better for you and not associated with diseases related to petrochemicals.
