We are an internet based company and all orders are to be placed by each customer online.
As a courtesy to our customers, we will take orders by phone for a fee of $5.00. Therefore, an additional fee of $5.00 will be added to each invoice prior to the processing of each phoned-in order.
Please note: Phone orders may be recorded to insure quality assurance. All order information provided by each customer will be verified upon completion of each phone order. In addition, it is the customer's responsibility to review all information provided to Nature's Flavors Customer Service Representative, and make any corrections necessary prior to the processing of the order.

To insure your order is correct, please review your confirmation email or log onto: www.naturesflavors.com, go to “My Account” (enter your email address and password), then go to “My Order History” where you can view your order.

Please review; billing & delivery addresses, shipping method and products ordered, in addition to any comments.

 If any incorrect information is discovered, please contact our office immediately at (714) 744-3700 (8:00 am -6:00 pm PST). Otherwise, the order will be processed as submitted and any incorrect information will be the customer's responsibility.
