Add them to coffee (about 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces of coffee) for a flavor boost. To make a yummy soda, take 2 ounces of any flavor snow cones syrup and add 10 ounces of carbonated or seltzer water. The snow cone syrups can be simply poured over vanilla ice cream for a delicious topping. You can also add the syrup to many baking recipes, such as cookies or cakes for an added flavor twist. They are great when spread between layers of cheesecake or drizzled over the top. A favorite is to combine two scoops of vanilla ice cream, 2 ounces of passion fruit syrup, adding 4 ounces of crushed ice with 4 ounces of apple juice and blend on high speed for 1 minute and enjoy!
