The flavor concentrates are also great in baking applications, as the organic concentrates are able to withstand high temperatures and maintain the desired flavor profile. The organic flavor concentrates are very strong, so use them sparingly in your recipes. We recommend starting with .25% to 1% usage of the total recipe,  and taste it as you go. Add more of the organic flavored concentrate, up to a maximum of 4% of flavor by total weight, to achieve the perfect mouthfeel and combination of flavors on your palette.
