We realize that some of our customers may not be able to login because some accounts and/or passwords did not transfer correctly during our recent web site migration.

     

Not Able to Login or Logout / Shopping Cart Not Updating

This is caused by a cache issue with some browsers. We are working to correct this issue in the very near future. In the meantime, the most common fix for most browsers is to clear the cache – PLEASE NOTE: If you do NOT wish to lose your browsing history, DO NOT clear your cache. Please refer to your specific browser's instructions on how to clear the cache.

500 Server Error

This is a bit more involved error, most likely caused by a bad import of a user’s account from our previous web site. In this instance, when you login, the error occurs once you attempt to place an item in the shopping cart and go to the cart. The only fix is to create a new account using a DIFFERENT email address. Once the account is created, you should be able to place orders normally. If not, please call us.

Shipping Issues

- If you are only able to see “Will call” as a shipping choice, please first verify that you are logged in, and that your shipping address is correct. If the problem persists, please call us.

- If you see shipping rates that are too high, please call Customer Service – they can modify your order to correct any shipping charge anomalies.
