Nature's Flavors' Organic Maple Flavor Concentrate contains the notes of 100% Organic Maple Syrup. Perfect for your baking needs and beverages, the Organic Maple Flavor Concentrate is high heat stable, water based, and contains no sweeteners. Here, we list a couple ideas to help you use this Organic Maple Flavor Concentrate, but the uses are endless. To make your own organic maple flavored syrup, start with 8 ounces of distilled or purified water in a sauce pan and heat on low heat. To this, add a quarter cup of organic cane sugar and 2 ounces of Organic Powdered Dextrose. You may substitute the Organic Dextrose with Organic Tapioca Syrup. Add this to warm water and stir until completely dissolved. Bring the temperature up to 195 degrees F. Cool and add 1/4 teaspoon of Organic Maple Flavor Concentrate. Stir to dissolve. You can use it immediately or store in the refrigerator until needed. To make a sugar-free maple flavored syrup, start with 8 ounces of water in a sauce pan and heat on low. In a separate bowl, combine 2 dry ounces of our SweetenFX Sugar Free Sweetener and Carrageenan gum then add to the warm water and bring up the temperature slowly to 195 degrees F. Now, add 1/4 teaspoon of Organic Maple Flavor Concentrate and cool the mixture. Refrigerate unused syrup.
