General Description: The lime shares many qualities with the lemon and is often used indiscriminately in it's place. Distilled Lime oil is mainly used in the food & beverage industry as a flavoring agent and occasionally as a fragrance component.

How It's Made: The oil comes by steam distillation of crushed fruit peel which is a byproduct of the juice industry.
