Nature's Flavors Organic Chestnut Flavor Concentrate is 100% organic. The essential oils are emulsified and stabilized into a water soluble form. This organic chestnut flavor can be used in baking. It is heat stable up to 375 degrees, up to one hour. It works well in dairy applications, such as puddings, milkshakes, and protein shakes. In addition, organic chestnut flavor is a great way to make your baked goods, such as pies, cookies, cakes, and breads, a delicious delight! Nature's Flavors Organic Chestnut Flavor is very strong, so a little goes a long way. Care should be taken to not use too much or over-flavor a product. If you taste the flavor longer than 3 to 5 seconds on your palate, or if you're tasting a metallic, or taste than you have over-flavored the product. Remember, more is not always better.
