The Recipe for Natural Fruit Popsicles

EQUIPMENT

  • 1 Popsicle Mold

  • 1 Large Pitcher

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 cup Chopped Kiwis

  2. 1 cup Chopped Strawberries

  3. 2 cups Filtered Water

  4. 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  5. 1 tsp. Nature’s Flavors Organic Simple Syrup

  6. 15 drops Nature’s Flavors Organic Strawberry Water Flavoring

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Peel and cut the kiwis into fours. Cut the strawberries in half or in fours. Then set aside.

  2. In a large pitcher, add water, lemon juice, simple syrup, and water flavoring. Stir the mixture until combined.

  3. Grab your popsicle molds and place the chopped kiwis and strawberries to the bottom of the molds. Pour in the flavored water mixture and let them sit in the freezer overnight or for at least 8 hours.
