FAQs

It depends on the flavor. To make a drinkable juice, dilute to taste — for example, Dark Sweet Cherry is about 1 part concentrate to 4 parts water (each juice differs). As a natural sweetener, apple, pear, pineapple, peach, and white grape work well (others less so). As a flavoring, any of them work — start around 5%, and 15–20% is fine too.

No added sugar — our juice concentrates contain only the natural sugars from the fruit, with no added sweeteners.

Yes. Our juice concentrates are 100% juice concentrate — made from real fruit juice with no added water, sweeteners, or nectar. The water is simply removed to concentrate the juice.

Small Sizes (8, 16 & 32 oz): up to 2 years (pasteurized), stored at room temperature (refrigerate after opening). Bulk Sizes (1 gal & larger): up to 3 years if stored properly (refrigerated or frozen).

No — the pasteurization doesn't change the flavor. There's no taste difference between the sizes; the only difference is that the Small Sizes are pasteurized.

Our 5-point tunnel pasteurization is a heat step for shelf stability; it doesn't affect the flavor, and the product remains 100% juice concentrate with no added water, sweeteners, or nectar.

No. Because they're shelf-stable, the Small Sizes (8, 16 & 32 oz) ship by standard methods. The Bulk Sizes (1 gal & larger) still require overnight or express (2nd-day or next-day) shipping, or local pickup, because they're perishable.

Small Sizes (8, 16 & 32 oz): store at room temperature until opened, then refrigerate after opening. Bulk Sizes (1 gal & larger): refrigerate at 32–40°F when received, or freeze at 0°F or below.

The Small Sizes (8, 16 & 32 oz) are made for consumers and small businesses, so they run through our 5-point tunnel pasteurization — which is built for the smaller retail bottles — to make them shelf-stable and easy to store and ship. The Bulk Sizes (1 gal & larger) are made for B2B buyers who order in volume, store the product cold, and use it quickly, so they're kept in their natural, unpasteurized state — which means they stay perishable and need refrigeration (or freezing) and expedited shipping.
