European Union Consumer Right of Withdrawal

This section applies exclusively to consumers in the European Union — that is, individuals purchasing for personal use rather than for a business, trade, or profession. Business and B2B purchases, as well as orders placed outside the EU, remain governed by the general Return Policy stated here. Where this section and the general Return Policy differ, this section governs for EU consumers.

Your Right to Withdraw

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party you nominate (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in multiple shipments, the period begins upon receipt of the final item.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement before the 14-day period expires. You may do so using the "Cancel Items" button or “Return Items” button in your account on our website, the Model Withdrawal Form (available here and upon request), or by contacting our customer service team at customerservice@naturesflavors.com or 714.744.3700. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period ends. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal notice by email.

After you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. In summary, you have 14 days from delivery to notify us of your withdrawal, and a further 14 days from that notice to return the goods.

Items Eligible for Withdrawal

To qualify for withdrawal, items must be:

  • Unopened, with all manufacturer seals intact

  • In their original packaging and in the same condition as received

  • Returned within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal

Items Ineligible for Withdrawal (Final Sale)

Our products are sealed for health and hygiene reasons. Once a product's seal has been broken, or the product has been opened or used, it is no longer eligible for withdrawal and is considered final sale. This applies to all sizes.

Refunds

For a valid withdrawal of an eligible item, we will reimburse the price of the goods together with the standard outbound delivery cost. 

Where you selected a delivery method more expensive than our least costly standard option, we will reimburse the standard amount only. 

Reimbursement will be issued within 14 days of our receiving the returned goods, or from the day you provide proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier, using the same payment method as your original transaction.

Important: No restocking fee applies to a valid withdrawal by an EU consumer.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as you bear responsibility for the returned goods until they are received by Nature's Flavors.
