Return Policy

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

  • • Consumer or trial sizes only (see Consumer or Trial Sizes Eligible for Returns below)

  • • Unused and in original packaging

  • • In the same condition as received

  • • Returned within 14 days of receipt

Important: A 25% restocking fee will apply to returned or cancelled orders.

Consumer or Trial Sizes Eligible for Returns:

  • • Volume: 4 ml, 0.25 oz, 0.5 oz, 2 oz, 8 oz

  • • Weight: 1/4 lb, 1/2 lb

Larger Sizes Ineligible for Return (Final Sale):

Due to products being made to order, larger sizes are final sale and cannot be returned. These non-returnable sizes include but are not limited to:

  • • Weight: 1 lb, 3 lb, 5 lb, 10 lb, 50 lb, 20 lb, 25 lb, 30 lb, 40 lb, 100 lb, 120 lb, 450 lb, 500 lb, 1000 lb.

  • • Volume (gal): 1 gal, 2 gal, 3 gal, 4 gal, 5 gal, 55 gal, 75 gal

  • • Volume (oz): 32 oz, 51 oz, 85 oz, 64 oz

  • • Count: 60 count

Return Process

To start the return process, please contact us at 714.744.3700 within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Important:

  • • Returns without an RMA number may be delayed or refused.

  • • The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package near the shipping label.

  • • Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of RMA issuance.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Replacement Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. Replacements will be provided for manufacturing defects or workmanship issues.

Product Quality Guarantee

All quality concerns are submitted to our Quality Control Department for comprehensive testing and evaluation based on the production lot number. If Quality Control determines the product meets specifications, the item will not qualify for replacement.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

Receiving Damaged Merchandise

1) For packages with Route Protection: Click here for more information.

2) For non-Route protected packages:
In the rare event you receive damaged merchandise, please contact Nature's Flavors Customer Service at 714.744.3700 as soon as possible to report the damage. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier upon receiving your report.

Please note: The shipping carrier requires inspection of both the packaging and contents. You must retain all original packaging materials for inspection. As an alternative, detailed digital photographs showing the box, packaging materials, and damage may be acceptable as evidence for the claim.

Insured Shipping

USPS and UPS shipments are insured up to $100. We are not responsible for damage to goods caused by inclement weather.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refused Deliveries

Orders where delivery is refused by the customer will be billed for shipping costs plus a 25% disposal fee.

Returned Shipments

Packages returned to Nature's Flavors due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or unclaimed packages will incur all shipping costs (outbound and return) plus a 25% disposal fee.

Reshipment: If reshipment of an unclaimed returned package is requested, additional shipping costs will apply.
