Great with a morning cup of coffee or hot tea, these healthy little muffins will quickly work their way into your regular rotation. Instead of using wheat flour in our recipe, we use psyllium husk to help bind the ingredients together. Psyllium is a great alternative to flour and, as an added bonus, is great for the digestive system as well. Made with cane sugar.
