Pineapple Ice Cream Flavor Concentrate (Fresh)

If you’ve ever picked a fresh pineapple out of the field, then this pineapple flavor is the one for you. This pineapple flavor works best slightly acidified, preferably with citric acid, but lactic acid will work as well.
