What is massage oil?
Natural massage oil is used to lubricate the skin during a body massage, which allows the masseuse's hands to glide smoothly over the skin of the person being massaged. Massage oils saturate the skin, leaving the skin feeling soft and hydrated after the massage. The skincare oils used during massages are considered massage oils. These natural massage oils are made from plant-sourced ingredients and plant extracts that have therapeutic properties. Massage oils are safe for use on the skin and allow for many therapeutic benefits.
What types of massage oils are offered by Nature’s Flavors?
Our flavor chemists have developed different natural and organic massage oils for use by therapists and professional masseuses. These massage oils can also be used at home. All of our fragrances and scents, including the natural massage oils, are made with plant-derived ingredients the way nature intended.
What massage oil scents are available?
We offer a wide range of scented massage oils for the most relaxing massage. Some of these scents are lavender peach, cherry blossom, organic vanilla, lavender dreams, and tangerine dream. At Nature’s Flavors, we offer scented massage oils for romance, to calm anxiety, to improve sleep quality, to manage relaxation, to enhance tranquility, for PMS and menopause, as well as to soothe muscles.
What are the best ways to use massage oils?
The massage oils can be used directly on the skin, making it easy for a massage therapist to give a massage. The natural massage oils can also be used with rollers and other massage tools - allowing for a deeper massage.
Can you warm up massage oils?
Yes, you can warm up your natural massage oil before using it on your skin to create a spa-like massage. You can place the bottle of massage oils in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes until it reaches the desired temperature. Other alternatives to warming the massage oil are using a massage oil warmer or putting a small amount in the microwave at short intervals - checking to see how hot it is by testing on a small patch of skin. Do not use it on your skin if it’s too hot. Always check the temperature before using the massage oil.
