Our recommended starting usage amount for flavor concentrates is about 0.25% to 3% by weight in recipes. These concentrated flavorings are affected by fat, sugar, and bulking agent content, so a little experimentation may be needed to get the perfect flavor for your taste!

Our natural and organic concentrates are potent. If you notice a minty, medicinal taste on your palate, or find yourself still tasting the flavor an hour after enjoying your creation, you've crossed the line from perfectly flavored to over-flavored. You want to tease the taste buds, not overwhelm them.
