Nature’s Flavors’ organic peppermint oil for chocolate is specifically formulated for use in many of your chocolate-based confectionary creations, including chocolate bars, chocolate bonbons, chocolate ganaches, chocolate chips, fudge, peppermint bark, and more. Organic peppermint flavor oil for chocolate works well when added to pure chocolate or cocoa bases. It will not separate as long as the application is in an oil-soluble form.
This flavor oil works incredibly well for the chocolatier who is trying to add fresh peppermint flavor to chocolate. If you are a home baker, candy maker, or pastry chef, the organic peppermint flavoring oil for chocolate is excellent for holiday baking and homemade treats.
Our handcrafted, organic peppermint oil works well with dark chocolate, milk chocolate, or white chocolate creations. An ideal starting usage for Nature’s Flavors' organic flavor oils is approximately ¼ teaspoon of organic peppermint oil per pound of chocolate. As with all of our extracts and flavorings, if the flavor is too strong, simply reduce the amount of organic peppermint oil for chocolate that you use.
