We are an internet based company and all orders are to be placed by each customer online. Although as a courtesy to our customers, we will take orders by phone. An additional fee of $5.00 will be added to your invoice for all phone orders received. All information will be verified upon receipt of each phone order. In addition, it is the customer's responsibility to verify all information provided to Nature's Flavors Customer Service Representative if incorrect information appears on the customers confirmation email. Please contact our office at (714) 744-3700 (8:00 am -5:00 pm PST) with any changes that need editing. Otherwise, the order will be processed as submitted and any incorrect information will be the customer's responsibility.
