Pineapple Ice Cream Flavor Concentrate (Fresh)
If you’ve ever picked a fresh pineapple out of the field, then this pineapple flavor is the one for you. This pineapple flavor works best slightly acidified, preferably with citric acid, but lactic acid will work as well. If you’re looking for a flavor similar to canned pineapple, we will be adding that to our Flavors for Ice Cream soon.
